Home/Process

Four steps to a
compliant kitchen.

A consistent, documented protocol that holds up to fire marshals and insurers alike — every visit, the same standard.

The protocol

How every job runs.

STEP 01

Inspect

A full visual inspection of hoods, ductwork, and fan access points by an International Fire Protection Inspector — measured against NFPA 96. We identify grease loading, access issues, and any code concerns before a drop of water is used.

STEP 02

Degrease

Pressure washing and degreasing from roof to cookline, to bare metal. Filters and V-belts replaced as needed; grease containment verified so nothing ends up where it shouldn't.

STEP 03

Certify

ASTT certified sticker and stamp applied to the system — the dated, defensible proof your insurance carrier and fire marshal require to confirm the work was done to standard.

STEP 04

Report

A digital report with before/after photo documentation for every access point. Your verified paper trail, on file and ready the moment an insurer or inspector asks.

What you walk away with

Proof, not promises.
